IPTV Formuler Box Guide
Set up WOLFTV on your Formuler streaming box in minutes. Install a compatible IPTV player, sign in with your playlist or Xtream codes, and enjoy live TV without extra hardware.
Getting Started
Follow the on-screen setup wizard the first time you power on a Formuler box. These quick checks make sure the device is ready before you install an IPTV player.
- Complete the initial setup, pair the remote, and accept the terms. Keep the packaging handy for warranty needs.
- Connect to Ethernet for the most stable playback. If you use Wi-Fi, stick to the 5 GHz band and keep the box close to the router.
- Sign in to your Google account so the Play Store and updates are available.
- Install system updates under Settings → Device Preferences → About → System Update before adding apps.
Tip: Remove unused apps to free storage and RAM. Formuler boxes run smoother when only essentials are installed.

Basic Setup & Optimisation

- Keep your welcome email nearby. It contains an M3U link, Xtream username/password, and EPG URL.
- Only sign in on one player at a time; running multiple apps simultaneously can suspend the account.
Credentials cleanup: If an app saves the wrong playlist, remove the portal and add it again instead of creating duplicates.
Set Up the Player
Install App
Open Play Store, search the app, and install. For sideloading use Downloader + APK if needed.
Allow Permissions
Grant storage and network permissions so the player can download EPG & logos.
Enter WOLFTV Details
Choose M3U or Xtream portal and paste credentials exactly as received.
Organise Channels
Create favourites and custom groups (Sports, Movies, News) for faster navigation.
- Enable timeshift and EPG recording in MyTVOnline for catch-up content if available.
- Export backups within the app before testing beta versions or factory resetting the box.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Buffering after long sessions? Reboot the Formuler box from the power menu to clear cached data.
- If an app freezes, go to Settings → Apps, select the player, and clear cache & data before reopening.
- No audio? Check HDMI-CEC and audio format under Settings → Sound → Digital Audio Output.
- Factory reset via Settings → Device Preferences → Reset if severe issues persist, then restore your backups.
Important: Never share your WOLFTV login outside your household. Multiple active logins may lead to suspension.
