WOLFTV Setup

IPTV Pro Setup Guide

Follow this walkthrough to add your WOLFTV playlist to IPTV Pro. Import the credentials we send by email, keep the guide data refreshed, and decide whether M3U or Xtream Codes is the right fit for your device.

Why IPTV Pro

Quick playlist import, lightweight player, works across Android ecosystems

IPTV Pro is a minimalist Android-focused IPTV player. It handles live TV and VOD with basic playlist control, making it a reliable backup when you want something fast and simple.

  • Setup time: About 3 minutes from install to streaming.
  • Connectivity: Supports Wi-Fi and Ethernet without extra drivers.
  • Pricing: One-time purchase around €3 (store dependent).
  • Trial: Many stores let you test before you buy.
Subtitle support is inconsistent. If subtitles matter, plan to switch to apps like IPTVX, TiviMate, or MyTVOnline for a richer experience.

Choose Your Login Method

WOLFTV provides both M3U and Xtream credentials. IPTV Pro was built around M3U playlists, but Xtream Codes can reduce manual steps on certain builds.

Method A — M3U Playlist

  • Tap the + icon on the home screen to add a new playlist.
  • Paste the secure WOLFTV M3U URL we emailed you.
  • Name the playlist (for example, iptv-wolftv) so you can spot it later.
  • Save and allow the app to cache channel groups and VOD folders.

Method B — Xtream Codes

  • Select the login option that requests Portal URL, Username, and Password.
  • Enter the details from your WOLFTV welcome email (case sensitive).
  • Enable auto-update so IPTV Pro refreshes categories each launch.
  • If Xtream fails on your device, revert to the M3U link as a fallback.
Avoid opening multiple IPTV apps with the same account at once. Every active stream counts toward your WOLFTV connection limit.

Quick Setup Checklist

  1. Install and launch IPTV Pro. Grant network permissions when prompted.
  2. Press Add Playlist (+) and choose M3U or Xtream Codes.
  3. Paste the WOLFTV URL or credentials exactly as provided.
  4. Give the playlist a memorable name and confirm to import.
  5. Wait while channels, series, and guide data populate, then start streaming.

Device Notes & Recommendations

Smart TV

Works on many Android-based Smart TVs, but alternative players such as TiviMate often offer richer interfaces and better remote shortcuts.

Nvidia Shield

IPTV Pro installs quickly on Shield OS. For a more polished layout, consider switching to Nanomid or TiviMate once you are set up.

Android Boxes

Runs smoothly on generic Android boxes. Keep only one IPTV player active to avoid exceeding WOLFTV connection limits.

Xiaomi Mi Stick / Box

Possible to use, but older Xiaomi hardware may stutter on high bitrate streams. Drop quality or upgrade to a stronger device if buffering persists.

Formuler

Formuler devices support IPTV Pro, yet the native MyTVOnline app typically delivers a better EPG and remote control integration.

Mobile & Tablet

Great for a quick Android login. On iOS/iPadOS we recommend IPTVX instead. For Android phones, IPTV Player is another capable choice.

Specs & Helpful Tips

  • App: IPTV Pro
  • Setup time: Roughly three minutes
  • Connections: Wi-Fi or Ethernet
  • Pricing: About €3 (one-time)
  • Trial: Offered on many storefronts
  • EPG: Add WOLFTV’s EPG URL when using M3U
If guide data is missing, re-open the playlist, long-press it, and choose Update. Xtream Codes imports EPG automatically; M3U requires the extra link.

Subtitle Expectations

IPTV Pro has limited subtitle management. Most channels include subtitles baked into the stream, but the player does not reliably expose subtitle toggles or external subtitle loading.

Need consistent subtitles? Use IPTVX on Apple TV/iOS, TiviMate on Android TV, or MyTVOnline on Formuler instead of IPTV Pro.

Optimisation & Troubleshooting

  • Buffering? Switch between hardware/software decoders and reduce stream resolution during peak hours.
  • No channels after import? Double-check the URL or credentials, then clear and re-import the playlist.
  • Playlist won’t update? Toggle auto-refresh on, and reopen the app after a few minutes.
  • Too many devices? Stop playback on other screens to stay within your WOLFTV plan.

FAQs

Is IPTV Pro free?

No. IPTV Pro is a paid app (about €3) but some stores offer a limited trial or refund window.

Which login should I use?

M3U playlists are the most compatible. If your device offers Xtream Codes, use it to auto-load categories and EPG.

Do subtitles work inside IPTV Pro?

Subtitle support is basic. Many streams carry subtitles, but toggle controls are unreliable. Consider alternative players if subtitles are essential.

Can I install IPTV Pro on iPhone or iPad?

IPTV Pro targets Android. On iOS, download IPTVX (Apple TV/iOS) or another App Store IPTV player and sign in with your WOLFTV credentials.
